Who's eligible
Any DropValidate customer who purchased the first-timer bonus pack (40 credits for £14.99 / $19.99) is automatically eligible for one audit, ever. The guarantee is one claim per user, regardless of how many products you validate.
How it works
- Buy the first-timer bonus pack. The guarantee attaches the moment your payment clears.
- Run a validation that returns YES or strong-test. The guarantee covers products we explicitly recommended — not ones we flagged as weak or borderline.
- Spend at least $500 in real ads on Meta, TikTok, or Google. We need ad-account screenshots showing the spend.
- If you haven't broken even within 14 days of your first ad spend, email support@dropvalidate.com with your ad-account screenshots and a link to your validation report. We'll come back within 3 working days.
What the audit includes
- Creative review — your ad copy and visuals measured against what we surfaced in our research for that product.
- Targeting review — your audience set-up vs the ICP we identified in the validation.
- Landing page review — your store / product page measured against conversion best practices.
- Written report — 3–5 specific, prioritized recommendations you can action the same day.
What it isn't
- Not a refund. The £14.99 / $19.99 you paid for the bonus pack is non-refundable — the guarantee is an additional service, not a money-back promise.
- Not a guarantee of profitability. Validation stacks the odds in your favour. It doesn't replace good execution. The audit's job is to find what's broken in your funnel — not to make a doomed product profitable.
- Not unlimited. One audit per user, ever. If you buy and refund and re-buy, you don't get a fresh one.
How to claim
Email support@dropvalidate.com within 30 days of your first ad spend. Include:
- The email on your DropValidate account.
- The validation report URL (a recommended / strong-test verdict).
- Screenshots of your ad account(s) showing at least $500 in ad spend on that product, plus your sales / revenue figures.
- The URL of the landing page / store you sent traffic to.
We respond within 3 working days. Audits are delivered by email — no calls, no portals, no upsell. Just a written report with what to fix.
